Formed in Duluth, MN in 1993, Low were pioneers, deconstructing and severely slowing the pace of the jangling underground rock of their Midwestern peers at a time when loud, fast, angry rock music was just about all that you could find in clubs across the United States. Since then, they have cemented their legacy as one of the most iconic and consistently interesting independent rock bands.
